Mr. Calello is licensed to practice law in all of the Courts in the State of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, all of the courts in the District of Columbia, the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals, and Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia. He has also practiced and defended clients accused of all types of civil litigation and crimes in The Commonwealth of Virginia, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the States of New York, Connecticut, North Carolina, Florida, Texas, California, Minnesota, In addition he has successfully defended clients in Federal Courts in New Jersey, Louisiana, Minnesota, Maryland, and Washington.

Mr. Calello received his Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History from Columbia University in the City of New York. He also received a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from the School of International and Public Affairs, Columbia University where he concentrated in Law and Public Policy and Turnaround Management. Finally, Mr. Calello received his Juris Doctoris (J.D) degree from Seton Hall Law School.

Mr. Calello has brought scores of cases to trial. He has achieved millions of dollars of settlements for his clients either at trial or prior to trial. He has successfully tried many DWI, Criminal and Traffic cases to acquittal and negotiated very well received plea bargains in many other cases. In addition, Mr. Calello has tried civil contract, matrimonial, Tenant, bankruptcy, domestic violence, workers compensation cases, appeals and many types of cases involving government entities, individuals and children.
