Hi, and welcome to our website. I’m not going to make this long, but hopefully make it interesting. We love what we do. Many people we have represented in the past have said that to us. They say, “we can tell you enjoy what you do.” What that means to you, is that we are interested in you, not us, when we represent you. That does not mean we do what you tell us to do, it means that our primary focus is serving your needs. Figuring out the best way to do that is the trick, which is not actually a trick but a methodology that has been honed over the past few decades.
We will be posting articles, videos, case studies, commentaries and anything we believe is interesting and entertaining, including current events impacting our clients and the community in general. We have included a comment and question bar on our website for you to make comments or ask questions. I have only two demands of you if you are going to write on our website. First, be polite and respectful. Please respect other people’s opinions and their right to give their opinion(s). Criticism should be respectful, not personal or mean. Discourse should be lively and passionate not disrespectful. If I have to explain further, you probably should not comment. Secondly, although we are lawyers and make our living giving legal advice and providing counsel, doing so in a text or comment is NOT recommended. Much of the layperson’s world sees issues as black and white. The legal world is many times, gray. Thus, the best course of action is to make an appointment and come see us.
